Return Policy
Due to the limited availability, customized specifications and constantly changing inventories of authentic pro stock hockey sticks, we are not able to accept returns. Once your order is placed on our website, the sale is final.
In the event, DashProHockey made an error in the shipment of your order, please fill out the form on our Contact Us page. We will provide you with a Returned Goods Authorization number and postage-paid label to you for the shipment of the incorrect product back to our distribution facility and credit you upon its receipt.
WARRANTY INFORMATION
All products except player and goalie sticks purchased from Dash Pro sports are sold in “as is” condition and do not include any warranty. Please see the Dash Pro Hockey Stick warranty page for more information on our stick guarantee program.
NON AUTHORIZED DEALER
Dash Pro Sports is not an authorized retail dealer for the manufacturers’ products that are sold on our site. DPS acquires these authentic products direct from NHL teams and from select manufacturers who have overstock or discontinued products made for the NHL teams. The NHL teams and manufacturers have sold their excess inventory to DPS with full knowledge and understanding that they will be resold to the general public at www.dashprosports.com.. Most products are highly customized for each individual player and many of these products may vary greatly through customization and materials from the comparable retail products. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from DPS, you understand and agree that DPS is not an authorized retail dealer for the various hockey equipment manufacturers, provides no warranty, provides no representation of manufacturers’ claims, and assumes no liability whatsoever for any product sold on our site.
